Custom Plants
Teldaria has eight custom plants that grow wild in specific biomes. Anyone can pick them, with no job or level requirement. They can't be replanted or farmed, so the only way to get more is to find them where they grow. They are ingredients in recipes, mostly Alchemist elixirs, and each of those recipes needs a level in its own job.
Where They Grow
Each plant spawns only in certain biomes, so collecting a full set means visiting several parts of the map. They grow on the surface in place of grass and flowers, so scan the undergrowth as you travel.

Azurecap is the easiest to find because it grows in the widest spread of biomes. Mauvecap and Spotted Embercap share almost all of their biomes, so you can gather both on one trip.
What They're Used For
Picking a plant is free, but crafting with it needs the recipe unlocked first. Most recipes unlock with a job level; the Prestige Taco comes from the prestige tree.

Corrupt Aconite is not used in any recipe yet.
