Cities

Cities are a way to create communities on a single claim by creating a sort of "guild" tied to a claim. It grants additional powers to work with your claim such as plots and purchasable city upgrades that give buffs to certain aspects. To create a city you need a claim with a size of at least 500 blocks, then do /c new (city name).

For a mayor to set up plots, they must first set up subdivisions. Then while standing in a subdivision, use /c plot new and it will create an unassigned plot. From here you have many options on what you want to do with the plot. To get the info of a plot, just simply do /c plot info while standing in it.

City Upgrades

City upgrades can benefit all citizens and can be a reason to join an upgraded city.

The table details the city upgrades, accessible with /c upgrades by the mayor. These upgrades will apply the highest level, meaning that buying level 1, then level 2 of spawner speed will result in the level 2 effect which is -20% spawner delay.

The price in parenthesis is the cumulative cost to reach that upgrade from level 0 (no upgrade).
