[Resolved] Purchased claimblocks not received

Hi there,

I made a purchase of 1x4500 claimblocks on 2017/11/24 GMT-08:00, but I only just realized I had not received them. I've attached a screenshot of my current number of claimblocks, just to be clear. Please let me know if there's anything else I need to provide.
